Paul Henderson

PROFESSIONAL WORK

Paul has over 20 years of work experience in the IT third-party computer maintenance, logistics, and life cycle management industry. His background in sales, purchasing, marketing, and project management makes him an expert in all aspects of sales including new business acquisition, negotiations, and technical problem solving. Paul is also proficient in Strategic Account Development and Purchasing/Vendor Management. His 20+ years of supervisory experience makes him an adept team leader with specialization in training, team building, conflict resolution, and organizing goals.

Paul is also a high school basketball coach and U.S. Navy Veteran. He has three kids, Michael (32), Louise (29), and Emma (24).

COACHING

Dedicated to the positive development of youth through sports, Paul served as head basketball coach in Minnesota for the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU)—one of the largest non-profit, volunteer sports organizations in the US—and led his team to win the Division II State Championship in 1999.

He also served as head coach for high school boys’ basketball at Gervais High School and presently at Riverdale High School. Paul was named West Valley League Coach of the Year in 2012 and Northwest League Coach of the Year in 2013.

Northwest Shooters

Each summer, Paul runs a basketball camp for 5th to 8th grade boys and girls to build fundamental basketball skills. Drills focus on building muscle memory, shooting, dribbling, ball handling, passing and playing defense.
